We offer quality Bloomington houses for rent for students and families.

Summer and Fall of 2012 school year.
Most of our student rental houses are now leased for the Fall of 2012. Our 3 bedroom Mcdonalds house is still available and makes a great student rental for Ivy Tech or IU students.
Both of our Williamsburg houses are still available for the summer and fall 2012, and both make exceptional family rental homes(or quiet mature students) with great yards, great location, and lots of bedrooms and amenities.
