The 3 houses are connected to each other by a number of backyard games for the use of our tenants only. All 3 are also secured by a 6 foot wooden fence around the complex for privacy and security.
All 3 are uniquely located in a small predominantly student rental neighborhood where you can really let loose on weekends!!
Combine all 3 houses for up to 9 of your best Frat or Sorority buds at a fraction of the cost to pledge :). Or just rent one house and meet and party with lots of new friends.
You can use the extra bedrooms in each house for multiple bunkbeds to house all of your weekend guests so they can party with you for a weekend or even up to a couple weeks at a time*!!
