Summer and Fall of 2012 school year.
Most of our student rental houses are now leased for the Fall of 2012. The 3 bedroom Mcdonalds house is still available and makes a great student rental for Ivy Tech or IU students.
The Ultimate and the Williamsburg houses are still available for the summer and fall 2012, and all make exceptional family rental homes(or quiet mature students) with great yards, great quiet neighborhood location, with lots of bedrooms and ammenities.

Although some of our houses have more than 3 bedrooms, all of our homes are zoned for "3 unrelated adults" or a family. If you are looking for 2 or 3 homes right next to each other, so that you can put larger groups together in one place, then check out the 10th street houses. All 3 houses are right next door to each other.
Every tenant will have their own bathroom in the tenth street homes. You can use the spare bedroom as a quiet study area, office, or as an extra bedroom for the parents and friends to stay when they visit Bloomington.
We build high quality rental homes w/ tons of "extras" in a quiet wooded setting very near campus.
All of our homes have been well-maintained and are typical middle-class quality. We design in lots of bathrooms, 2 frig's ,large kitchens, home theater systems, large quiet bedrooms, hot tubs, sauna's, fireman's poles, etc .
Maintenance is always prompt and courteous. We also cut the grass and plow the snow at most of our houses.
