The Williamsburg I and II are as good as it gets for students. You will love having friends and family over to enjoy the air hockey, ping-pong, foosball, poker, etc. in the game rooms, as well as volleyball, basketball, and yard games in the back yard.
It really is a great house for entertaining if done the right way. The hot tubs are also a big draw with students.
In addition, we are adding a 2 car garage on each house for our tennts to use, and all of the yards are fenced and secure .
We try hard to rent houses that our tenants will really enjoy living in during their time in Bloomington.

   Drive by and check it out from the outside. Martha street is across from the car wash on the bypass(near Denny's). The little church across from the car wash is on Martha street. Martha street dead-ends into Mcdonalds and this 2-story home.
